Prohibition of Recording or Reproducing
Content

Children's Pastors Conference streamed and recorded content may contain proprietary and confidential information.

Content found on INCM websites or within INCM printed and digital materials may include text, audio, photographs, graphics, video, presentations, downloads, training materials, or other content included in INCM communications and services.

This content is protected by intellectual property, copyright, and proprietary rights laws and is owned by the International Network of Children's Ministry or used with permission.

Content may not be copied, modified, reproduced, republished, posted, transmitted, recorded, sold, offered for sale, distributed, or redistributed without prior written permission from INCM.

Attendees and users must follow all copyright notices, ownership notices, information, and restrictions connected to the content.

INCM content may be used only as expressly authorized by INCM.

Children’s Pastors Conference streamed and recorded content may contain proprietary and confidential information.

Soliciting

Soliciting is prohibited at the Children's Pastors Conference.

INCM reserves the right to deny event access to any person reported to be soliciting at CPC who is not an approved CPC sponsor or Resource Provider.

Soliciting includes the unauthorized distribution or promotion of:

Sales materials
Marketing materials
Products
Services
Business opportunities
Promotional offers
Printed or digital advertisements

Attendees are encouraged to support the approved sponsors and Resource Providers who help support the ministry of INCM and the CPC experience.

Admittance and Conduct

INCM reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without refund, to refuse access to or remove from the event any individual whose conduct is determined to be disruptive, unsafe, threatening, inappropriate, or harmful to the event or another attendee.

All attendees are expected to treat conference staff, volunteers, speakers, Resource Providers, sponsors, venue employees, and other attendees with respect.
